but, i agree that 85% of Mac vs are horribles!!
but if you see all the mac vs that i use, you will see that it's a fantastic work!

Changing from Windows to Mac (legally) costs quite a bit (unless you already have a Mac machine), as OS X requires specific hardware to run and thus you will most likely have to buy a brand new computer for it. If you already have a Windows machine but like OS X's theme, visual themes are a great way to get that UI experience without changing your whole OS.
