Hmm, so many to decide from! Tom Baker, Patrick Troughton and David Tennant are my faves XD However, I do like almost every Doctor.

Mine is either Matt Smith or David Tennant. I loved David Tennant as the doctor fell in love with the series because of him, for I never watched Doctor who... Well truth it was Torchlight that got me into doctor who, but David Tennant was the doctor that made me want to watch it. But I really like Matt Smith when he came into the show. My daughter thinks he is the real doctor, it is so funny, the new guy Peter Capaldi came, my daughter asked what happened to the doctor he is not the doctor! She even considers David Tennant the doctor but not Peter Capaldi lol.

I grew up on Doctor Who and Doctor Who reruns. Mum wasn't allowed to watch the news when I was a kid because DW was on at the same time XD My fave was always Tom Baker, the fourth Doctor with the insanely curly hair and looooooooong scarf. Later, I got to read the novelisations of the books, still have them in fact, and started to really enjoy the 2nd Doctor too. Sadly, only a few of his stories still exist (stupid BBC purge...) but from what I have seen, I really think if I could see more, he may have become my favourite. One of his companions is also one of my all time fave Doctor Who characters too - Jamie McCrimmon. Also loved Sarah Jane Smith and Captain Jack Harkness 
David Tennant was brilliant too and I even liked Matt Smith but he needed to grow on me. It was a shame Christopher Eccleston only stuck around for one season
