I have this headcanon with Leo that he suffers from migraines. This is one reason I came up with for why he meditates so much, is to control the pain. He will be okay, it's just starting to annoy him and the reason he thinks it's time to talk to Donnie about his issues. There is a bit of hidden meaning to this later on, in a sense if anyone catches on. As for a story about his afflictions no, not in this one.
