Description The recent newcomer, a hefty Brooks Consolidation that served on the Colorado & Northwestern, as well as the Colorado & Southern, is in good enough shape that it is likely operable.


I wouldn't be surprised if there are plans for #30 to run someday.

Baldwin once made a lot of 2-8-0s just like this for the railroads in Puerto Rico. Some still survive, but in very bad state. They were Meter Gauge... and I'm wondering what is the exact gauge of this narrow gauge beauty?

3 Foot narrow gauge. Most Colorado narrow gauge railroads were three foot gauge, the Giplin Tram being the only exception that I can think of right now.
