Description Made this over an evening, and lost track of about 4 hours. Inspiration taken from the Resurgere package.

Just plain old photoshop. Used a wonderful planet texture though, best texture ever.

Did you sphereize the planet?

Yeah, planet is spherized at 70%, cloud layer spherized at 40%

Haha it doesnt matter as much for planet textures. With things obviously not a planet, such as the rock, sometimes Ive spherized them twice at 100%, to make it look better. I played around with this texture,and spherising over 80% enlarged the blue area too much, over-saturating the image. Still, each to their own

oh thanks mate i'm glad you like it
yeah sometimes rock textures can be good but other times it takes more than just rock textures
