I'm unsure of the bird species this is, but it might be a seagull.

Can it be a skull from the Procellariidae family? [link]
I have something much alike, and the man who gave it to me said that it is a 'stormvogel' in Dutch. Don't know what a good translation would be, but 'stormvogel' is a sort of umbrella definition for Nordic

Hehe I'm not sure either, maybe you can take a look on www.skullsite.com
You can try to determine the species by giving the lenght of the skull and bill shape on that website.

I don't think it's a seagull skull...their beaks are heavier than this one.
