Cammy Meele in her schoolgirl years.In my mind, Cammy is actually quite intelligent (really, I just intellectually envy polyglots) and uses her looks and a laid-back persona to downplay the fact. As a particularly good looking girl with high grades, she was picked on a lot in school. Cruel circumstances inspired her to seek out a life of adventure around the globe where she could freely exercise both her brains and beauty. This naturally became a career in underworld dealings, leading up to the events of Ace Attorney Investigations.
But that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
