Hands down Chase would snap Azula's neck in like two seconds. Azula might have interesting feats but... Chase Young's experience and complete energy/power/magic built would wipe Azula out of earths face with ease.

Plus Azula is known for lost temper while Chase nearly always remains cool headed

As much as I LOVE Azula I have to give this to my other favorite villain Chase hands down. Azula is quite a powerful firebender for her age and has shown that even without her bending, she's very formidable in combat. She's demonstrated some impressive feats with her bending, obviously above most other benders, other than Ozai and Iroh.  She loves mental warfare and will go to nearly any length to get what she wants and can be ruthless to both friend and foe.  She craves power and sovereignty and is determined to prove herself as the most powerful firebender in history worthy of taking up her fathers mantle. While she is an incredible and powerful antagonist in the Avatar series, she still does not hold much of a candle to Chase Young. Chase is simply too powerful, his 1,500 years of experience alone is already enough of an advantage, he's shown incredible feats that Azula has not.

He's been able to lift and toss boulders well over 10 times his size and mass as well as shatter large rocks effortlessly with a single fist. Move at speeds much faster than any human could even at peak capacity. His durability has allowed him to be able to take several attacks/strikes that would otherwise incapacitate or kill any human and get up seconds afterward. He's demonstrated flawless balance on several occasions. He's shown magical and chi feats such as teleporting, energy blasts, as well as generating illusions and a spying technique. He also has a knack for mental warfare himself so Azula's mind tricks won't work on Chase.  There is much more he's capable of but I'll stop there. Chase would indefinitely have a rather huge edge. She'd put up a valiant fight and may surprise him a few times but in the end Azula would lose. But I doubt they'd end up fight at first. Initially, they'd probably team up if anything, which would create a nigh unstoppable force.

- Telekinesis ( Has shown to be able to move objects and people by just using his mind/and or chi.)

- Has summoned a Dragon Snake-like creature on occasion, indicating some sort of creature summoning ability.

- Biokinesis (Capable of turning any warrior he defeats into a jungle cat minion or whatever animal he desires, adding their chi to his own  and thus increasing his power.)

Yeah, I agree. The only person that was actually able to trick Chase (to my knowledge) was Hannibal Bean...and even then it was only once and Chase soon banished him to the Ying Yang world for the heck of it. Even if he does lose, he doesn't get too upset about it. He sees it as... a learning experience for next time. That or it was all part of the plan to begin with like the few times he let Omi win.

Azula's just bloody nuts, by every meaning of the word.
