Awesome portrait, you are very good at doing hair, that's certainly the best part of this, though I also really like her lips. The irises of her eyes are well done but I think the cornea should be shaded not just blank white (no on's cornea is ever just plain white, shadows fall on them too). But I don't feel like this takes away from the drawing too much, just something to note for next time. This is very nice.
