where can i post this fan art??? I know this is not an anime..... I made a portrait of Namie, a Japanese singer. It takes about 8-9 hours to complete it ^^Related content

the nose~~~~ sorry but it kinda ruins the realness to me~ the first thing i spotted was the nose~~~

I knew I had you on my watched list for a reason ^.~
My only qualms are as previously mentioned, the hair, its TOO..well too "drawn", of course her upper right lip, looks like the lipstick is smudged a bit (was she kissing somebody recently? ^^;;;;; ) and of course, the nose. Unlike what other people said though, I dont think it looks pressed per say, more like the right side (when looking at her, not from her perspective) is slightly larger than the left.
Contrary to everybody else however, I think her left ear is fine. To me, it looks as though the sun is shining on it, making it appear lighter than the rest of her skin, which is exactly what happens in real life. Bravisimo!

the good parts of this piece is where you can see the brushs. its like seeing humans dissolve into the air, and their atoms flying away.

This is stunning realism right here, it wasn't until I got close that I could see all the imperfections. See the problem with trying to do something so realistic is that you have to pay maniculous attention to every little datail or else it just won't look right. That's a good enough reason for me to avoid extreme realism. But I really do thing this is an impressive work.

this is drawn by hand??? Well it's only the hair where I can still recognize this is drawn. I don't think I seen anyone come much closer to drawing a person so realistic... There's a few points in it though. As mentioned earlier the nose, ear and lips, but also the left button/piercing on her eye doesn't really seem right. As it goes straight over the eye which should've had a little depth in my opinion. And the most left piercing on her right ear was a little of position too... Might sound like a lot of complaining. But overall this still is one of the best drawings I have ever seen. This work really makes it's mark, what a show of talent!!!

very realistic! the hair is not that good, theres some parts where its not so smooth. and the hair is thick all the way to the end of the hair, real hair is thick near the scalp, then gets thinner as it gets to the end of the hair. (if you know what i mean ) the lips are a lil messed up too. one side on the top lip, looks flatter than the other side.. but overall, great job

I just wanted to say that even the attention to detail is very important, i really do think some part could be better, blurrier, like the hair: i mean, if you look at somebody, your eye is not first attracted by the hair. So maybe you could get both very good details, but blurier so as not to attract the eye before looking to the lips you done perfectly...
