I know...many do. Its the law here in NY and the reason I quit bike riding. See, I have a pin head and the helmet keeps slipping over my eyes...which defeats its purpose, no?

In Sweden it is voluntary to use a helmet. But my wife tells me to. So it is a law in our house.
