If you write 'stamp tutorial' in the search box at the top of this page, you will find loads of tutorials telling you how to make stamps
just do something easy to start
maybe a small picture & some text

I took a look at your line-art - it would make good stamps, I think
A stamp is about, 100 pixels X 56 pixels,
so you could work with thumbs of your pictures & fit them into a stamp border
