It was, but also really creepy. That guy spent a month or so hiding in her attic, taping all her conversations and keeping all kinds of stuff. He then later tried to kill her, but he failed.

It was a 2nd Season episode but it dealt with Peter going undercover in Meg's school due to "Toad Licking". I remember, it's "Prick Up Your Ears". If not, it should be the episode where Neil and Meg became interns for Tom Tucker and Diane Simmons.
