Though Lobo isn't stronger than Hulk 
Realism wise (if realism is of any point in comics) this could happen because Wolverine's adamantium spinal cord must be flexible and have weaknesses to be used as an actual spine (ultimate hulk did tear wolverine in half, but that was the ultimate universe so it doesn't count).
Comic-book wise, it would be impossible, because - if you ignore realism - wolverine's entire skeleton is caked in adamantium. Though it is possible that, if his head was removed, he could feasibly regrow lost limbs 
I personally think they would just fight for all eternity

His bones would be coated in adamanium,not his joints. So as you said,there has to be some weak points for his spine to be able to flex like a normal spine and for him to be mobile. So if he is cut with an adamanium blade,or someone is strong enough toΒ do it,he can be taken apart. Now as for growing back limbs,I believe there was comic out where Wolverine was missing an arm. So I don't think adamanium can grow back,which makes sense being that it's supposed to be a metal. It's not like flesh where it can heal itself,it's just supposed to be near impossible to damage. So even if he could grow lost limbs back,chances are the limb that grows back won't be covered in adamanium like the others.

Spinal cord is not bone, it is the nervous system and is inside the human spine (better know as backbone)... I guess you mean the backbone?... remember... spinal cord is the nervous system coming from the brain, and it is all inside the backbone. It works to send all the signal moves from the brain through all the body... we just need to have a little kut on it and never will walk again.

There is any bone inside human body touching other bone, in the middle of each bone, we have soft cartilage, the killers that remove heads, do not touch any bone... they cut the cartilage and then the spinal cord (nervous system)... other way is impossible to remove a head with a knife.
And Wolverine have an adamantium bones... but cartilages and nervous system is not adamantium... if it were so... Wolverine just couldn't move a single finger... will be a whole solid piece on a bed. And yes... will be impossible remove his head with adamantiom bones, adamantium cartilage and adamantium nervous system (spinal cord), Yet impossible to do even with a super strong monster like Lobo that can kill at Superman very easy.

Dude on wikipedia it says right here [link] (comics)#Powers_and_abilities his entire skeleton spine included is covered with it lol. I did not know though that Bullseye's spine was covered with adamantium.

But any way the only time the ripping of a spine has happened to Wolverine & Hulk was during the Ultimate Wolverine Vs. Hulk when the hulk rip him in 2 & he survived it.

Dude I get what your saying about the nerves in the spine but what I'm trying to say is this, yes you can tear him in half but he will still be alive. Professor X has said in a comic I have that even decapitating Wolverine would not be enough to stop him from coming, that you would have to take his head somewhere else for fear that the body would get up & come for the head. Yeah Lobo could cut his head off but he will not die even with the nerves damage just like with the Hulk his body will recover given enough time.
