Ugh, I remember going through the stages of lineless art, and it was not fun for me. What I try to do now is color everything with a hard brush, then blend it in with a soft brush.

Line-less art is super-tough to do. Tired it a few times and I just can't do it. So I have a lot of respect for anyone that does!

I have thought of a sadder ending. They could have had Hiccup forget all about becoming friends with Toothless and then, when he wakes and finds a dragon in his room, panics and accidentally hurts/maims/kills Toothless, and then learns of his mistake he he gets outside and breaks down in tears.
Kind of dark for a kid's film, and Toothless is too cute to kill off like that.

A deadly Nadder wouldn't have had the same emotional impact as Toothless, especially since without Toothless nothing would have changed.
