That's incredibly fast.  Would take me at least 15-25 hours (with mouse), there's a metric ton of detail here.  May I ask what program you're using and which tablet if you're using one?

Wacom Intuos Draw tablet ( www.amazon.com/Wacom-CTL490DW-… ) and Photoshop.
