)i'm pretty tired and bored so i stoped here but i like the improvement (considering the time in between them)

There are some really great qualities in the image. The first is the face, very well done. Also, the colours! Very pretty, almost dream-like 
My biggest problem with this image, however, is the arm. You can barely see it! It kinda bleeds into the torso. You need to make a more definitive tone difference between the two, make it pop a bit
