Haruka is sleeping and Michiru...? She is spying, what else.
This is a detail.
what I learned during making: have to learn when to stop myself - this should have only green/blue pallet.... oh well.

I really love everything about this! The faces, the bodies, how you drew them in your style but still perfectly recognizable. I even like their outfits, they're well suited to both of them!

That bathsuit design was totally top-notch and coolers when I was small... 
Although they were making really horrid colorcombinations - black base and the ribbons were neon yellow, pink or green. Sometimes I saw variations with base and ribbons of the same color (again neon color tho...) oh! and sometimes the ribbons were imitating leopard fur.
