XD Made with graphite pencil (very soft number) as welcome entry to a community dedicated for Vendetta.The inspiration was song: "Pick Up The Pops - Charleston"
Unfortunately I didn´t find any link for the song

As I was making it, I wanted to make V dancing with her. Imidiatly I saw how she is hesitating, all embarrased...since it´s sort of (un)typical for V to do such witty thing. So I decided to make him "force" her to join...but she started to laugh! XD She surely is totaly lost for him..I don´t wonder, since he is so irresistable~
I wonder what will V do with the hook...
...I mean...after the dance....XDS

This picture takes me into the times when this dressing code was still in fashion. Very nice details, Evey's peacock feather must have been really hard to draw.
It looks to me like V is like "C'mon, c'mon!" if he would ever use such a language!
Evey is adorable, she looks like a little girl. Absolutely cute.

BTW, a thought occurred me: Dressed like that, they remind me Mary Poppins and her friend, Bert when they entered his pavement drawings. Especially V, he has almost the same clothes. I bet it refers to the same time. Have you seen this movie?

I saw the movie before a long time unfortunately, so I can´t remember it well. I knwo what you have on mind. The clothing was very common in those times, strapes on jacket, such hat, so it appeared in every movie! XD Also it was common for ammusement parks an cirkuse. I didn´t intent to copy the clothing from somewhere, but it is nice people can link it to something they know

Okay yes this made me crack up. The details on this are really just brilliant. For some reason I especially love V's hat. I love Evey's hand too for some reason.

Believe me, we are two who like the hat...it sort of hypnotizes me...I always thouth of it like of an candy...I seriously don´t knwo why.

Well in theory all we have to do is hold Evey then somebody runs by grabs the hat the other person dramatically throws Evey off a cliff so that V can dramatically save her while we get away with the hat.

Hmm....well that brings up interesting thoughts about certain things being damaged in a fire that i didn't want to think about. I think my cliff plan might work better. We can substitute the cliff for a....swimming pool! Can Evey swim?

I know I already gushed about this one on the LJ group, but this is So. Very. Cute! The details in Evey's costume (the headdress with peacock feathers, her necklace) are wonderful. The contour lines in V's right hand and the dip in his waist are marvelous. This is one of those times when V's mask matches his mood somewhat, even if (or especially because) he is being mischievous.

Your sketchy touch doesn't ruin details, it enhances them! Your quick lines captured the energy of them, and your control put the pencil exactly where it needed to go. 
V_for_Vincent is a wonderfully inspiring gentleman, isn't he? He's got V and Evey poking my shoulder as well!

I feel your pain re: all the drawings in your head. Ages ago, I started keeping lists of all the ideas I was getting, so I didn't have them rattling around in my brain all the time. Sometimes the ideas don't become completed drawings, but I've had at least three on every list for well over a year now!
