Description
V for Vendetta's V and Evey. This was done on an 11" x 17" piece of comic art board using various pencil shades and reference.Took a few hours to complete, though I'm still not 100% satisfied with it...

It's so pretty and romantic looking, and I love how he's holding her face, and the change of light reflection in his cloak, and everything about this just looks so perfect (probably my only concern is how light the sky looks currently, it sort of takes away from the 'glow' of V and Evey)... Would you mind if I took a shot at colouring this? I'd make sure to credit you and everything...

This is great. I love the shading, the detail. It's all great. I honestly like this so much better than the one that was colored for you. Although the colored one is good it didn't do this piece justice. It was fine the way it was.

oh wow, i love the colored too, but i really have more adoration for sketched work, sometimes you can loose that detail of course, when you color them.

With ~plangkye 's colors, this one makes an incredible piece of work, it's quite amazing to see how it has changed from your 'simple' pencil straws

Hmm. I like the work on it, although my big issues with it are thus:
A. Bald. Hate to say it, but the chick is best when she is bald.
B. Two words: Digital Inkage. Make those dark areas solid black, baby!
Other than that, its shiny!
