lol, I love Ron, he's my favorite after Sirius and Remus....While everyone else always likes other characters, I like Ron because he's just a normal magical guy with normal fears and normal wishes, but his loyalty towards his best friend makes him a really great character. I like Hermione too (though not in the first book)... and currently I dislike Harry....
Anywho... This drawing is unfinished, and has been unfinished for a looong time. I did this last year.... and umm... *cough* attempted to mix media by using pastels for his scarf and jacket. Yeah, that was a mistake... that's why I cut it off in this gallery, so you can only see his head. I rather like how the hair turned out... I wanted it to be not just red, but firey read as described in the books. I forgot what color Ron's eyes are, though.... I know they'e brown in the movies, but I don't think Rowling ever went into any detail about them in her books...
I also hate his expression. He looks like this image is a muggle-taken image on a drivers lisence or something, and he was just staring blankly off to the side of the camera... >.>;; oh well...
The skin isn't colored because at the time that I drew this, I had no flesh-colored color pencils, though now I do, and since I totally forgot about this drawing 'till this morning, you should expect to see an updated version of this soon.... but still not revealing anything lower than the shoulders.

yay, I love Ron too! I don't ever remember her mentioning his eye color, tho I always picture them blue or greenish. His hair is really awesome, you really achieved giving it depth and highlights. Nice work

yeah, I always imagined his family with like Irish decent, so I always thought of him as having blue or green eyes too.
