Impressive colouring!
Not only the technique, which amazes me anyway. The colour palette is very well balanced and the way you managed to show how the shadows would behave in such a difficult lighting setting made me love this picture at first sight!

That and I loved this anime as a child, too bad they're not airing it any more and I don't know where to buy legit copies of the dvds of this show ;_;

I do agree that there is something off with the torso on the female character, but I absolutely LOVE the expressions on their faces. There's so much vigor!

this is a well done picture the only problem with it is that the girls torso looks weird, the way her rib cage seems to jutt out, it's almost as if it will break though her skin, or that her back is broken but you can only tell from the front, it reminds me of a gag comment I saw in an anime mangazine where they had this picture of a girl that was super thin with a strange twist to her spine and the comment was that she had a spine like a ferret... Also they look kinda plastic the way you colored them, and the girls head looks like it's not attacted to her body... other then that I can't really find any other problems.

Soo, first off, very nice picture. I love the perspective, the choice of tones, the shading. Overall a very nice pic.
However, I must point out what is a fairly significant anatomy error. The girl has a bend in her torso that should not be right above her belly button, it should be right under her ribs... which, dont really seem to exist. She looks like she's been snapped in half, honestly. Also, you've given her a bit of a pooch.. which is fine, but only if its under the belly button, not on top of it. A slim girl like her wouldn't have a pooch at all, let alone a gathering of fat right above her belly button. I think if you stood back and looked at her torso from an objective point of view, you may see the error more clearly.
Also, just thought I'd point this out as well, the guys right arm (his right, not ours) is very very very thick.
Anyways, congrats on the daily deviation, it was well deserved ^^
