Life Line, the oldest of the 4 quadruplets born from the union of Pinkamena Diane Pie and Tech Gear is one of the most reknowed surgeons and doctors in Equestria and the world, despite not being an unicorn. Born an earth pony with a passion and a dream to save lives is quite hard, as hooves while allowing not small amount of grip, tend to be overlooked for the almost milimetric precission of magic-assisted telekinesis for surgical procedures, yet far from dashing his dream completely, it only made him train and study harder, to match and SURPASS even the most talented unicorn surgeons.

Lacking her mother and father's enhanced strengh, he makes up in bounds with his extraordinary intelect, not only being the smartest of the 4 siblings, but even smarter than his own father, having memoriced entire libraries worth of medical knowledge and skills, as well as creating some of his own, having been awarded with several prizes for his investigation on subjetcs such as neurobiology, bacteriology, nanobiology and mago-biology, with incredible feats such as successfully transplanting a functioning live horn without magical rejection, something not even his father could replicate with his machines

While in his youth he wasn't much to look at, he easely grew into a dashing stallion, his teen years hitting him harder than a express train to the face, the young doctor turning many heads around, specially from his nurse staff. Shame he does not bear interest in mares and has quite the heavy crush in none other than his own Uncle Maelstrom, who defended the young colt from bullying as much as his sister Tomahawk did. Yet, as the years passed, he came to terms that Maelstrom would never share such feelings with him, and as a show of trust he used all his courage and told him without any kind of resentment or sadness of his past crush and that even if he knew Mael was atracted to mares, he still admired the pegasus stallion for his worth and as a pony. Later on he would move from the hospital work as a miracle doctor and go to where he felt he was needed more, saving lives in the middle of the battlefield where nopony would dare to go, saving not thousands, but dozens of thousands from impossible wounds, so much that Maelstrom hired him as his medical specialist for his private company. It was him who saved the life of his sister Tomahawk when she was brought from captivity more dead than alive, modifying his father's original prostetic designs to not only become his sister's life support, but to enhance her strenghts and make her more durable and resiliant.

He created, based on Tech's own personal robotic assistant, a small flying robo-nurse called CARE who's equiped with all tools he would need on the battlefield, durable as a tank's armor yet faster and nimble as a parasprite, it's said that combined with the stallion, they are capable to "resurrect" a soldier mid-battle from any kind of wound and have them battle-ready in mere minutes, earning him the title of The Tomb Raiser, as no matter how much the enemy tried to kill the soldiers in Life Line's charge, he would do everything to keep them alive through anything and everything
