The counterpart to ~
In this song, I see the sheer psychic terror which is immeasurable, when a tender mind gets imposed the instincts of a werewolf.
Fenya is overwhelmed by the haunting werewolf blood that flows through her veins,
her actually gentle character is flooded with aggression and wild drives, that cloud her minds.
The only way to escape insanity is to allow the strangeness, get strong and cold, for not mourning her old self anymore.
Oh yes, if it has to be, I can just make a werewolf thing out of every song!
I really like the picture, the problem with the white fur on the bright background has better worked than expected,
however, I didn't manage Fenya's hair tips very well, the background is just too bright there.
But otherwise I'm very satisfied with both pictures, I mean, red on black was already a beautiful combination,
but red on white is in no way inferior!
Here a little fun fact, which I would like to bring in, since in this and the last piece, is the physique of Fenya and Killian good to see:
What striking is that Killian is very muscular, and generally about four times stronger than a human. (in his wolfish shape he's even about eight times stronger) Fenya however, is both in her human and wolfish shape much more petite and limber built than Killian, even though she's a few times stronger than a human too. This is simply due to the fact that Killian is a born werewolf, and the strong muscular grew naturally with him. Now Fenya is slimmer built because she was a human, being turned into a werewolf, so while she's much stronger in comparison to a human, she will never be as strong as born werewolves are. The fact that she's a rather small girl anyway, and Killian is above average tall, doesn't help very much... phew, poor Fenya! :'D

This looks simply stunning! I love the red on white as you said, blood in snow gives such a great visual effect
I love both the wolf form and normal form, the wolf looks so strong but in pain, and rather sad too. Love how the blood flows onto her, and the spears and banner flags look cool too, the snow that flakes in front and in the back is well done too.
She looks beautiful too, her petite form is pretty too, and I like that she has some white light hairs covering her body in some places.
her nose looks a little bit out of place for me, like it's a little too big or too forming outward?, while I got the impression that she also had small featured face. Don't take this too badly, don't be mad.. it's just a little observation of me, and the only thing that stood out, I like it soo much though!!

Your encouraging words are a real pleasure for me to read! I appreciated especially what you're saying about the facial expression of Fenya's wolf head, because it's still pretty demanding for me to give a wolfish face subtle facial expressions!
Nah seriously, I'm on principle open for criticism, so don't be so unsure while criticizing my stuff, for I can totally see your point. To explain, it's just that Fenya should actually have a distinctive nose. I simply imagine it rounder and a bit bigger, but it's damn hard to put it right, I rarely succeed. :/ I have often thought about whether I should draw her nose simply normally, but since I find round noses very esthetic, I just can't let go! xD

Well, good to hear, I just don't want to offend anyone, and I'm pretty sensitive myself whenever someone would critique my artworks, and point out something they find odd, or off or anything, so I want to be gentle while doing it, cause I would also appreciate others being gentle with me
Oh I see, well maybe you could practice some noses or something, I think if you feel she looks like that, you should def have her keep that trait, but to me it looks a bit too "stumpy" I'd love to help you out, I see some imgages of noses in my mind already xD

And it was Killian himself who bit her, not that she had asked him for it, and actually she don't even gave him her acquiescence. :')
He just did it, mostly so they could maybe have a better understanding, and to make sure that she wouldn't find sanctuary anywhere else, and that she would be strong enough to survive the winter. That's pretty much the main reason why their relationship is rather tricky.

Your artwork is great, and I always love reading the bits of info you write in the description as well! Red and white are always two colours that go really well together artistically, for some reason.
I like how you've done the werewolves as well. I've experimented with different werewolf types in my stories, even doing a similar "Born or Bitten" difference, as well as various breeds. It's neat to have variety with werewolves I think.

Oh yes, I also think it makes the whole thing more interesting when you implement several types with different strengths and weaknesses. But I still plan to keep it rather simple, since in my fantasy bubble are werewolves very rare, and therefore would too many varieties be nonsensical. "Born or Bitten" is pretty much the most important factor, maybe even how much werewolf blood flowing in the bloodline of the biter.
