Curiously, one quick question? How do you ink your drawings so they become so silky and smooth?

I just use the pencil tool in Sai. The brush size depends what size canvas I'm working on, but for these pages I work with a bigger brush so I can vary line thickness, and it looks very smooth when the image is sized down. I tend to ink in Sai then switch to Photoshop for colouring
