In which program did you do the reflective texture of the well designed latex?

well technically the reflections are calculated from the vray engine.. so i guess you could say vray creates them..

So what program is the vray engine built into or is it a seperate program?

vray is available for a couple of big 3d application.. im not sure which one exactly.. but i do know it works for 3ds max, maya and cinema4d.. it kind works like a plugin.. you just install it and then you can operate it through the 3d application you are working with..
