Ok doll, here I am Let's do this!
There is so much I love in this picture!
And even though there are some jawdropping ponifications of Frozen out there, when even I feel ashamed when I look at them, I have to be honest and real here...they follow a kind of stereoptype that's been settled for how 'should' Elsa and Anna look in pony forms. You go beyond that and I'm so proud of you right here.
You probably know what I mean, Elsa has mostly blue/white body with white or platinum blonde hair. Anna's body color is most of the time somehow related to the colors in her ball gown or 'journey' attire. While these choices are fine and dandy and somewhat became 'fandom canon' they's just the simpliest ponifications that there can be. I love how you did your own, original take on the royal sisters. Firt of all BOTH are alicorns following the thought that in canon MLP the royals of Equestria are all Alicorns. Totally legit choice on your side. After all Anna is also a princess, so why should she be denied the right to be an Alicorn, right?
Moving on, the colors. I really like how you've set a defined contrast between the two, at the same time picking natural colors. If I had come across real horses, white and brown I would honestly think 'wow...FROZEN!'. Walking past a blue horse with a white mane? Unlikely...
You've kept the natural colors but still Anna feels like a somewhat normal mare, only her combo of horn and wings shows her royal roots, other than that she's pretty but rather plain, very much like in the show. Now Elsa, looks more divine, a pure white horse always brings to mind something straight of a fairy tale making her all white without adding the blue from her dress to the coat STILL makes her stand out and makes her look special. She also looks 'colder', calmer and mature, again very true to the movie.
I think you've kept their personalities really spot on, Elsa is happy to finally spend time with her sister, she loves to watch how Anna's personality just bursts out while they're crossing the sky together for the first time in years, yet she has her elegant air about her and her joy shows in arather peaceful manner. Now Anna is so verry Anna. She's doesn't have any hasitation in showing her very emotional, playful and cheerful self. She's always the optimistic one but being able to finally bond with Elsa takes all that into a higher level, so much so that she's gliding, sliding and making hoops as the older uses her magic, again in a playful manner. I particulary love Annas expression and pose, so full of dynamics which is often shown in the actuall movie.
The cell shading is nice and the light source is constant, which is a thing even I have troubles with way too often
I also love the delicate two tone of the night sky.
All in all this piece gives a really nice feeling and very true to their sistarly bond which was deep within them all the time.
There are a few tiny bits I would work on further, like length of the front limbs or the exact place where the wings grow out to fully supposrt their body weight, but these are things you'll figure out along the way and right now are just my nitpicks^^
Other than that I really like the way this picture came out and once again, I ADORE your take on the character design. I prefer this one over the ones I've mention in the beginning anytime
You can be very happy with this image

O///////////o T-Thank you!! I-I'm just several shades of giddy and happy...! >W<
Although I can't take the credit for going against the normal stereotypes of what they looked like; I've only seen a few of the artists I follow draw them- only you and one other, and the other artist only drew Elsa- and so I only looked up what they looked like in the movie. I just thought that since Elsa was really pale with white hair that a pure-white scheme would work well with her, and with Anna the brown of her hair seemed to work very well as both a mane color and a body color. <:3
I'm actually amazed; others don't depict Anna as an alicorn? o.o That doesn't make a sense! She's a princess too! D: 'Sides, they're sisters! Genetics demand they be the same species! Well, unless their parents aren't the same, but even then they're the parents, so I'd call them alicorns too. XD
I'm so glad too that I captured and colored them all well, and the shading too! Oh, I'm so glad! Getting Elsa's coloring to work well took quite a bit of work, and I'm so elated that you think I did well!
Yeah, I was wondering about where exactly the wings would need to sit in order to support them while still- in Elsa's case- curling a little. Feathery wings are still a bit of a trick to get their bone work to... well, work. XD And with the front hooves, are they too long or too short? While I know they're supposed to be ponies, I've such a thing for long-legged horses that I can't really get them to be really pony-esc, so I'm prone to drawing them with longer hooves. :3
Thank you for taking the time to look at it and reply on it, I'm really flattered and incredibly glad that you like it so. Hopefully I'll be able to do more like it in the future! >w<
