I thought Woundwort had a blind eye.

That's why one eye is whitish-blue. I kind of went with the "dead cornea" look.

Despite being a tyrant, although it was evil and everything became negative. It was a rabbit admired, feared and respected. Nobody could with it. Even Bigwig had to use a dirty trick to strike first.
No one can ever forget.

The General really was an interesting and complex character in that regard. Β

Or is he? The book hints that he's still alive... 0_0

It's left somewhat ambiguous, but the mere fact that he hasn't ever returned for revenge kind of solidifies it for me.

Oh, maybe. It did mention that he'd 'fight for those who honour his name' so maybe he's an anti-hero now.

I think it's more like that, and he's become a boogeyman to the young rabbits, too. Β Woundwort was an interesting villain because he was ruthless, but for some very good reasons. Β He had the chance to be a really great leader, but the decisions he made with Hazel's warren etc. worked toward his downfall. Β He became too obsessive and imbalanced.
