A picture of a lovely lady against a beautiful starry sky background and the first thing I notice is that the rifle is a left-handed bolt action. Sometimes I wonder what goes on in my brain.

Is left-handed bolt-action a bad thing? I am ashamed to say I wouldn't know the difference. I've only ever shot a BB gun...once.....when I was 7. I found a picture of a sniper rifle online and used it for reference. Beyond that, I don't have a clue about guns ^_^ '

Nope, nothing bad about it, it's just extremely unusual since nearly all bolt-action rifles have the action on the right side since most people are right-handed. A rifle with the sort of setup pictured would have to be either special ordered or custom-built by the owner; if it's the latter then the lady is a very adept gunsmith and probably an expert marksman.
