I see an amazing transformation in your artwork. I donβt know why just a feeling that I get looking at the more recent pieces. Your work is coming alive in vibrant color and movement. Awesome work Sara.

Thank you!! You are right, in my recent works I mostly used acrylic which is opaque and highly pigmented.
I am still learning how to mix acrylic and watercolor to get the best of each!

Interesting I use acrylic when I canβt make watercolor work.. my problem is patience and control over the water in watercolor. I know a friend who says she paints with glaze in her watercolor artwork. I tried it on the recent Apple that I painted. It added a lot of depth to the work. Of course you are certainly welcome.
