I really love this piece!
It's great to find a figurine with carved features! I think this is much more effective than having solid black lines everywhere to define the features. You see that (black lines to define features) so much in Pokemon merch out there and it just seems lazy to me. On top of that, because the majority of Pokemon merchandise out there is mass produced, it's almost impossible to find a perfect figurine. Buying something handmade like this will ensure the quality control that I want to see in Pokemon merchandise and other consumer products. I can't emphasize it enough about how much I like this natural look you created with Scraggy! Props.
The only flaw (and it's just a minor thing) I can find with the construction is Scraggy's feet. Maybe it's just the photo, but it appears that the feet were created separately from the base and then attached. I'd like to see the feet connected to the body so that it's a solid piece with no seams. If that makes sense. That's why it affected the overall impact.
The glaze applied to the figurine really helps make it professional and appealing. Keep doing what you're doing with the glaze, it's great!
The only thing that I can think of to make the piece more interesting is to have scraggy holding different items, like spray paint cans or gigantic headphones. Something that works with his image. But I think it's just a matter of preference.

Thank you so much for the Critique! As for pose/feet, the commissioner requested the sculpture to be based on this picture (without the hat ^^) [link] So that's why the feet seem "placed" on. They were baked attached though :3
I'm so glad that you like the glaze- I'm always unsure if people like it or not, because I havne't found a good sealer that isn't a glaze (sprays make them sticky
