Description My cousin loves the Ranger's Apprentice.  He's the one who got me to read them - or more accurately listen to them.  I'm hooked!   The audiobooks with John Keating are amazing and I love listening to them as I work! Anyway, I made this for him for his upcoming birthday. Hope he likes it.

Keating did an amazing job reading the characters beautifully. His accent makes it feel as if you're really in the book.

I know!!!  I'm dying to try the other characters but there are so many other picture ideas I have in mind.  Perhaps I'll attempt some simple portraits instead.

Thanks!  I have a wacom tablet and use photoshop.  I saw in your latest journal entry that you were considering getting photoshop this year.  Photoshop is definitely a superior tool when it comes to creating digital art.  It's complicated and hard to get used to at first (heck, I still don't know how to use half the tools it offers!) but it's definitely a program I highly recommend.

I don't honestly remember.  I ended up getting photoshop when I got my laptop and that was quite a while ago.
