[Week 5/30] - Theme: Mirror Image
30 Week Project

Thoughts
A lot of things have been happening, and becoming even more prominent since starting this second semester this week, that have left me really being only able to face things alone and nobody to turn to who can truly understand me. It's especially disappointing to be around people who are supposedly in the same boat as you, and yet are willing to push you over to keep themselves afloat and couldn't care less whether you can swim or will drown. I'm never so extremely competitive and selfish so as to fulfill my own needs and discard those of others, so when I see these same people I wish to help and work with being egoistic it really hurts.

I know that with my own mind, photography and music - I can keep myself comfort, try to deal with things alone and as much as possible not rely on others for support.

At first I really wasn't sure what to take for this theme - I was considering actual mirror reflections with flowers or droplets, or something, but it was nothing was really clicking. Then, I saw something - and this just literally flashed before my eyes. I couldn't have created anything more suited for the theme and my current mood and thoughts. I'm still a bit uneasy to share it... but it's 2 hours till this week ends so...
