This is one of my favorite Bull Riders. JB Mauney (moo-nee) is kind of funny looking, but I found a picture where he is really smiling and it makes me smile. Please notice the detailing on his shoulders, that is all cut into the original stencil, not painted on after. Plastic overlay stencil with black acrylic paint.
