her face is very nice, especially the eyes and hair (but add some lighting to it)
but when you draw semi-realism, you should add outline for a contrast (not a black line, but a bit darker or lighter line on the edges) - for example, on clothes. without outline it looks a bit flat...
and if you want to draw realism - you should use another colors, and a variety of them - that would be nice )
