I was really excited to do this line art. It took me a fair amount of two days to do but I think it turned out really well. Harley Quinn is my favorite Female Villain and I feel really good getting to color her!

I debated myself for a while about whether she should have a white face or not. Her being in skin tone looked better, but she has a white face in costume. I finally decided to do it white though, because when you do your make up, you generally put on the base make up(in her case, White) and then you do the small things such as lipstick, eyeshadow, etc. I left her ears skin colored though, 'cause who wants to put pastey white stuff onto their ears?
