I wouldn't really say Cain or Ciel are spoiled considering everything they've been through, their wealth makes up for it in some ways but not even close to completely relieve them from the burden and let them live a carefree life - for that is more like being spoiled, to be as carefree as one can be 'cause one happen to be wealthy. And you mean they spoil themselves, or what?
I don't really get the text either since first of all, Cain's not 13. "Who cares?" Rather like, who wouldn't care? And what do you even mean by "..are mostly around 13 years old..."? Are they? xD Since when? I don't get it.
