Yet another Sandman fan art with Matthew the raven. Sorry, I can’t stop drawing them XD I love his silhouette and his hair a lot in the comics. I also love corvids. Perfect duo. Also black & white practice.
Matthew was once a mortal human. After he died, he was given the option to live as a raven in the dreamworld. He speaks in a very casual way to Dream, who rules the dreamworld, to keep him grounded in common sense. Great character.

Thanks! Sometimes I like the simplicity of silhouettes. Also gives it a gothic feel, I think. It just occurred to me that he is a dream, all dreams, and his hair always looks like he's just gotten out of bed. How fitting XD
