Um....Roger kicked Near out of the playroom and made him spend some time outside? idk.Mostly it's just gross and awful outside and this is what I wish I were doing. I drew it during my least favorite class and just scanned and traced over it, then completely wussed the bg. whatever.

I did the whole thing in Photoshop PSE--same with pretty much everything I do. All the brushes I used came standard.
