I hope this looks okay on everyone's screens. I find it hard to adjust the colors exactly the way I want them.

Here she is! It took so long to get to this point. Maybe she doesn't look done? BUT SHE IS! To me her legs look uneven so I didn't color them all the way so they'd disappear! Not that it really worked, but I'm happy enough.

Tell me what you think of the color scheme. I'm iffy on a few choices. Maybe their isn't enough contrast in a few places? Maybe the pink is too bright? Also I couldn't find a good color to make her piercings and bracelets look like bone.

There is a part of this concept that isn't visible. Her outfit is fastened at the back(at least the upper half) with a line of bone buttons. They look like a spine or something. I did a print in drawing class last semester and decided to draw this girl and then added that to the profile. She could go with or without it though. I'm not entirely sure how this outfit works in back.

Shoani was born during a weeks long wind storm in the shanty town of Balia that hugged the sides of a giant spire-like monolith of the same name. Her lavender eyes opened to red tinted sunlight and dust swirling about the room. Her mother was a serving girl in one of Balia's inns. The young woman died giving birth.

Shoani grew up on the streets, fighting for anything and everything. At the age of ten she was plucked from the street and dumped on the steps of the temple. Here she met her guardian and was educated by the priestesses in math and other academic fields before being allowed to join an Aji to continue her tutoring elsewhere in the Wasteland region.

She became a beautiful young woman during her time as a Cuji and did not realize she was being groomed to become one of Balia's warrior priestesses. She was a rabble rouser and her Aji had to track her down a few times after ditching him and her teammates. Despite her lack of discipline she was great in battle and was always there when her group really needed her.

Shoani clawed her way to Beji status and then disappeared after finding out they were going to make her a priestess. She's traveled the Wasteland region ever since, avoiding Balia and making a name for herself in the regions underworld. Not only has she become a ruthless and infamous thug but a celebrated warrior in her participation in battles against marauders from the Badlands. And although still legally a Beji, she could easily be an Aji if only she returned to Balia. But she hasn't had enough yet.

Gender: I think Hodius are genderless.

Personality/Traits: Cold, guarded, loyal and wise. Vava is a demon in battle and Shoani's conscience when she seems to have buried her own with alcohol, rage or something else. It can be cruel towards enemies, but is mostly respectful and honorable as opposed to Shoani's mocking laughter. Both of them are totally brutal though. They make a good couple.
