This is a water type Nuffle. It has lily petal wings.^^ Will do more of them soon!

This also how Nuffles fly, their tail is always curled forwards so they resemble seahorses.

About the Nuffle:

This is a wip I'll organize the info more later, plan to do a visual guide soon anyway.^^

Nuffles are tiny magical creatures that can breathe out the elements of earth, water, fire, or ice. Their size is about half an inch to less than 2 inches, most are able to perch on your fingertip. They fly with their "ears", those are wings, they beat them as fast as a hummingbird. Despite their tiny size, they can jump 3 feet at a time. They eat seeds, flower petals, and nectar. Their tummies are extremely ticklish. Their tails are always curled, they wrap them around flower stems and such to prevent from being blown away. If their tail gets caught by a predator or something, it can break off to allow them to escape, then it grows back over time. They have sharp beak/hard mouth things, so they can eat through seed shells easily, and defend themselves, but they're so tiny their bite wouldn't do much to larger creatures. They store up the energy from eating lots. They can expend their elemental power in small bits, or all at once. This results in a blast powerful enough to knock down even a human, but they can only use it once every 24 hours and collapse afterwards, so it's a last resort thing. They are very energetic, feisty, demanding, and bossy. They may try to bully other species, but will probably be nothing more than a mere annoyance due to their size. The way they eat is by "hunting their prey". They believe that flowers are sentient so they do their best to sneak up on them and capture their seeds and such. Nuffles cannot be solely hand fed and must have somewhere to hunt flowers or they will become depressed and die. It's a good idea to not keep artificial flowers as well, as this may confuse and frustrate the Nuffle, cause it to expend too much energy and die.

They live in Fantaria and are solitary creatures, though some may occassionally live in small groups of five or less. Once every five years, all the Nuffles travel to the Kitterpillar grove (homeland of the Kitterpillars) to lay their eggs. They bring gifts of rare fruit and vegetable seeds in exchange for the Kitterpillars' protection. They will stay there with the Kitterpillars and guard their eggs until they hatch, then leave with their children who stay with them for only a few weeks before setting off on their own. Each Nuffle will only lay one egg at a time. This is also the breeding habits of other Fantarians, such as the Poffits, so there are many creatures in the grove at this time. Upon hatching, every Nuffle is blessed by a mage-type Poffit with the spirit of one of the four elements. The element dictates not only their appearance and powers, but where they will need to live (water in tropical places, ice in snowy regions, etc).
