The Subrosian Alphabet is based off of something I saw in the official art for Oracle of Ages/Seasons.Again, I should have put this up here AGES ago.
This is not a font. Yet. For now, here's the original image for reference.
You can use this in fan fics and the like to your heart's content, but use is restricted to non profit only. Aka you are not allowed to use this in anything that makes money.
Please don't forget credit where due. I favourite works on DA that use my alphabets, but only if I find them. make it easier on both of us and leave a link below if you use this. ;3

I have made my own language as well and what I like is that only three other people can read it so it is very, um, secretive?

I love how every letter that looks like an roman letter is a completly different letter xD

lol, go look at the Russian Cyrillic alphabet. That should blow your mind too. xD
But to be honest, some of those that look like something else in English were inspired by an old piece of official art that I can't even find a good hi-res version of online. There was writing on a building in Subrosia that was supposed to be the market, or so it looked, so I went with that a bit. For all I know Nintendo hadn't intended it to mean anything, or it was a Japanese cypher that they just didn't expose in Hyrule Historia. Either way I had a very small hand full of low-res characters to base a whole alphabet off of and this is what ended up happening.

Haha thank you! I did the same thing with Goron too, I admit. That one however I could probably scan my reference someday when I decide to tell about how the alphabets came to be in more depth. :3

The darknut in Twilight princess has osme kind of glyphs on its helmet. Do you know what they mean? I have googled it and i find no answers! D:

It looks like they did the same thing on his armour as they did to Twinrova and Ganondorf's clothing. At first glance, I don't think it means anything. Sometimes it's just hylian-like stylistic linework.

Hey wait a minute... You are like the number one Zelda fan arent you... I could learn something from you. But that was not the point i wanted to make, wouldnt you just love to make your own Zelda game? Im just guessing, you might prefer the real deals, but i know exactly the way if you want to make an own Zelda game as easily as possible
