Description
Art trade with FanguoftheFlowers , of her characters, Nagozi (left) and Nusu (right). This was actually kind of a challenge to compose, because I didn't know what kind of relationship these two have. Also, I do believe Nusu is... both sexes? Both male and female? Isn't that called being a hermaphrodite? Please correct me if I'm wrong tho.Fang, I hope ya like it!

Yeah, Nusu is a hermaphrodite. They have gynandromorphism which is a weird condition where visually, an animal will literally be half male-half female. It's rare but more common in birds and insects.

To clarify, the term hermaphrodite applies almost exclusively to an animal that can function as either sex (meaning they can act as both a female or male when it comes to breeding.) Intersex would apply to any person with ambiguous genitalia (meaning their internal and/or external genitals don't exactly fit the stereotypical "penis" or "vagina" appearance and/or functionality. They cannot perform both the ability to impregnate and be pregnant, or they may be infertile due to incompatible "parts.")
If you google intersex, you can find a lot more about it if you're curious.
I love the picture, Nusu's hair is fabulous!!! (I'm totally not biased because mohawk...) Love seeing your art and comics all the time! Your style is fantastic.
