*Gasps* Another person who can appreciate the sheer awesomeness of Abra!
But really, this looks rather good, especially the clothing, it certainly looks like something that would fit into the pokemon world. Though my only gripe is the face of the eevee, it's a bit flat.

You wouldn't happen to have any ideas on how to fix that would you?

Hmm... I honestly can't say I have any solid advice on how to fix it, but my one suggestion would be to try and emphasize the muzzle on it. Like if I was running into this issue on a sprite, I would try to add some shading around the nose, to give the impression of depth. For that matter maybe make the nose a tad smaller. Looking over some images of Eevee, especially those done by Pokemon themselves, it seems like how they accomplish it is by making the nose somewhat small, and a rounded-upside triangle. Though mind you, I'm no expert in art, hence why I only do sprite related stuff. It's hard to muck up pixels.
Though if you would like an example of what I mean by the shading, here's one. You'll notice how despite the artist not making any lines around the mouth to indicate a muzzle, the small amount of shading above the noses give the impression of depth.
But yeah... just random advice from a dude who can't draw to save his life.
