Chasing Rainbows
This is less of an "update" as it is a calling to Kirsche's original design. No matter what I did I always loved her little blossom dress so much and I missed it! So let's call this a redraw from the mid-2000's.

I added a couple things to her physical form such as smaller eyes, to match Kennedy, and freckles to add to her innocent aura. Kirsche is my innocent pacifist who hates fighting more than anything. Deep down she is pretty melancholy and tends to see the darkness in most things. Her father always saw her as a failure and thought that she would never amount to anything. On Murnau pale skin is considered beautiful while darker skin is seen as a "flaw". This caused Kirsche to be cast into a 'broken' light and she was always forced to powder her skin before presenting herself to anyone. Once she was able to get away from Murnau she was finally able to show off her skin and freckles but the mental damage was already done. She is very self conscious about her body and tends to keep to herself. Her social interactions are limited to her small group of friends, of which she trusts the most in Glimmer. When her only true friend turned to the darkside Kirsche found herself even more melancholy.

Historically, she has a long standing feud with Starina as she felt that her half sister got the better end of the 'deal'. Starina was born with fair hair and skin and therefore was the better person between the two of them. This causes a lot of deep-seeded feelings and an eventual battle between the half-sisters. In the end Kirsche becomes the Queen of Murnau and casts her sister out which lead to the creation of the Crystal Ocean. Thankfully their daughters get along very well.
