woo! i'm about to start on a new batch of commissions so i wanted to get some of the pictures i had started done, this one especially. oh and LOOK it has something to do with the title because i'm not feeling creative enough after coloring it to come up with something random.it's a perg i drew after mike told me to watch Christina Aguilera's Candyman video. if you've seen it you get the reference, if you havn't, it's here -> [link] , and it's awesome. more people should make music videos that are catchy hommages to artists of yester-year. the only thing i'm mildly sad about is that you can't see her tummy heart-scar because she's wearin' those high-waisted jeans .... that and her hair's up. i dunno how it's all fitting in there, but it is. i'm reasonably happy with this one. i really like her left leg... and how the feet/shoes came out. she's slightly chibi apparently here, hence the big head, though i can't explain why her right knee is so much bigger'n her left. that's just bad anatomy, sorry.

Her eye and lips look very cool, coloring looks very depthy even when it's cel shading and not soft/blended shading. Or at least I think it's not. *squints*

Well I like all of the look except one little bit, the bandanna. For some reason I see it and think "50's house wife", which is something I really really don't see Perg as. Good pose too, she really seems to like showing off what god gave her... or what you gave her... or better yet, what she has.
Sorry to say I watched the video, or what I could of it. The music wasn't half bad, but the retro 40's and 50's really didn't get me, quite the opposite. But thanks for the link so I could see where you got the inspiration for the outfit.

I really like it. I dont think the right knee looks "bigger" I think you actually got the anatomy almost perfect. Whenever someone has there knee bent under them like that muslces move and bulg a little so it looks exactly how it should compared to the left knee which is stretched out. Kinds strange seeing Perg with her hair up but it's cutre. I LOve the shoes they are a nice little kick to the style.
