yes, I do every costume by myself. I love sewing and I like to tailor costumes, especially costumes from figures that I love like Elphaba from the musical Wicked.^^
But the cap is crocheted by my mother.

Yes, for every cosplay I use patterns.^^ For the top of frock I used a simple pattern for a dress and the skirt is just pleated. And for the Blazer I just used a simple pattern for blazers

I used MakeUp from Kryolan, Aquacolour.
The eyeshadow, mascara and kajal are simply products not from Kryolan. Lipcolors in black and bronce, green nailpolish and also eye makeup in white and black.
