Something I did a while back, too lazy to submit it cause it didn't seem all that cool to me. There's a part 2 coming up eventually.
Atlantica isn't all that cool in Kingdom Hearts 2 as it was in the previous games, well to me anyways.

Honestly I never understood the hate for it. I found the controls easy to get used to. The only part I raged at was the Ursula boss fight at the end.

The only things I hate about Atlantica in the second gameΒ
are the songs. Especially "Swim this way". Oh my gosh it'sΒ
SO cringy. I mean the other songs are fine and I think having
the Disney songs in the games in addition to the characters andΒ
stories is a nice idea. But that one song can go fuck itself.Β
Other than that, I loved this world in the first game despite it'sΒ
difficulty. It was pretty surprising to see Ariel in combat since sheΒ
was never really much of a fighter.Β

Honestly, I'd be happy to pretend that Sora and Co. didn't visit that world in KHII...if KHwiki didn't say that I need to complete it in order to unlock the Lingering Will.

LMAO! Yeah it was unexpected when that happened. I was looking forward to more of KH1 fighting and stuff but got this. It wasn't that bad but couldn't they have added fighting? Nice drawing btw lol! XD Keep up the good work! ^_^

xD when i found out there was Atlantica again, i was expecting a improved swimming/fighting mode but how disappointing it was they were just singing...

Sooo true! lol I still played it though. Out of all my friends, I'm the only one who can tolerate that world, so they let me play their games when they get to that part. I think they should've use the new controls to move around underwater in KH2 and use that if they are going to fight again in Atlantica. Not use the controls from KH1, which suckz.

seriously, TERRIBLE scenario (ursula inexplicably returns and ariel acts as if theyve never met), TERRIBLE gameplay (all of the disney films have wonderful music, why is TLM the only one recognized?), and idk if its just me, but ariel in kh2 looks weird. good idea sora, go far away! surely you'll find a world with a better scenario! oh hey, is that agrabah?.............-_-

Personally, I kinda liked the music minigame, but it annoyed me that you had to wait for certain events or abilites to be able to go further.
