Thank you much ^^

How did you attach them to the jacket? Just hot glue? Or a fabric glue?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

sasukeharber In reply to LadyLoki81 [2014-01-25 22:13:12 +0000 UTC]

they have glue on one side that you heat up and once cool they stick to whatever you ironed them ontoΒ

What did you use for the gold lining, there's got to be a better way than super-gluing strips of brass.

I used hot fix rectangles, you can buy them off ebay , they have glue on one side and you use heat to attach them on

sasukeharber In reply to MsPepperPotts [2012-10-04 05:43:13 +0000 UTC]

hi , the little metal bits i got off ebay, if you type in hot fix rectangle , your find them , they are tiny bits of metal with glue on 1 side,i bent them round the fabric then used an iron to warm up the glue, when it cools it sets and the piece is stuck on ,but they do sometimes fall off

thank you for answering, i know it's a weird question... But i'm not very tall myself and I have interest in the whole Loki cosplay, but I can't get the idea out of my head that I would be wrong for it, because i'm nearly not as tall as mr. Tom Hiddleston .
So I'm very happy to hear that you're also not very tall and cosplay as him... So it's not a problem. And damn, all the work your putting into the details of armor is amazing and i'm sure it'll be one of the best i've ever seen
