From a YahooJapan auction, it may have been in a lot with a bunch of other stuff... I don't remember...

I actually just won another one recently but sadly I don't think it works I'll have to wait and see once I get it... I know part of the crown at the top is broken, too from the photo... if it doesn't work I'll see if I can't figure it out...

Sorry to hear about that. For what it's worth, there are people to repair and restore toys for a living. Maybe you'll find someone who could do the same for you if you get too busy.

well it's all in Japanese actually, and like I said you'll need a "proxy" service to even be able to bid there... it's kind of a lot of work you'll have to try a proxy service like SMJ (ShoppingMallJapan) where you create an account, send them some deposit money which they will then give you an estimated yen amount you ca bid with... but you have to be careful b/c then you will have to pay them commssion fees, etc... so it can get expensive, it's not always worth it to buy things from Japan with all the fees, plus you pay for shipping from Japan to the service's warehouse, then from there to your place

Uhm... I can't remember at the moment.. it was really cheap actually I want to say about $50 I got it on Y!J and I was really lucky... even I was shocked haha

haha yeah, it's one of my favorite items. as far as outer senshi go I'm more of a Saturn fan but Haruka and Michiru have grown on me, plus Michiru's bday is the day before mine haha.
